Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Voskora ("we", "our", or "the App") collects on voskora.com and how we use it. By using Voskora, you agree to the practices below.

1. Data we collect

• Account: email address, display name and (optional) avatar.
• Astrological profile: birth date, optional birth time, birth place and language preference — used to personalize readings.
• Activity: wax photos you upload, the AI-generated readings tied to them, and any reactions or feedback you submit inside Voskora.
• Premium waitlist: if you ask to be notified about Voskora Premium, we store the email address you provide.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to (a) generate your personalized Voskora readings, (b) keep you signed in and remember your preferences, (c) improve the quality of the experience, and (d) contact you if you join the Premium waitlist. We never sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

Photos and prompts are sent to AI providers (such as Google and OpenAI, via the Lovable AI Gateway) solely to generate your reading. They are not used to train third-party models, and Voskora does not use your images for any purpose other than producing your reading.

4. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Lovable Cloud, with row-level security so that only you can access your own readings and profile. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

5. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Voskora → Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, readings and uploaded photos.

6. Cookies

Voskora uses only essential cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in and to remember your language. See the Cookie Policy for details.

7. Children

Voskora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
