1. Acceptance

By creating an account on, or otherwise using, Voskora ("the App", available at voskora.com), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Voskora.

2. Entertainment only

Voskora is developed for entertainment purposes only and is powered by AI. Readings, horoscopes and symbolic interpretations are not factual statements. The developers of Voskora accept no responsibility for any predictions, outcomes or decisions you make based on the App's content. See the Disclaimer for full details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voskora. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your Voskora account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. User content

You are responsible for the photos, birth details and feedback you submit to Voskora. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive. You retain ownership of your content; you grant Voskora a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service to you.

6. Free tier & Premium

Voskora offers a free tier with a limited number of daily readings. Voskora Premium, when available, is billed via our payment provider on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Joining the Premium waitlist does not create a payment obligation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse Voskora — for example by attempting to bypass usage limits, scraping the service, reverse-engineering the App, or using it to harass others. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Termination

You may delete your Voskora account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as Voskora evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Voskora after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
